To address continuity of services during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town of Bracebridge has begun to accept building permit applications via this electronic submission form.
To ensure you have all information necessary to apply, please visit the building permits page. Typical projects and submission requirements/checklists are included. If you are unsure of permit submission requirements, please contact building@bracebridge.ca.
Please ensure you answer all questions and upload all materials requested. Once received, Building Services staff will review to consider whether the submission is complete and can be accepted. You will need to complete one submission for each permit type (eg. if you are applying for a house and septic system, you will need to use this form twice).
You will be notified within 2 business days to advise whether the permit application can be accepted for review.
If accepted for review, Building Services staff will contact you further to notify you of any deficiencies in the application or to issue the permit as per the timelines regulated by the Ontario Building code or sooner.
You will be provided with further communication on fees and methods of payment that can be accepted when your permit is available for issuance.
